Mild. Hot. Hell.

That’s the menu’s own scale, printed across the top of it. Every box gets one. Pick it when you order.

  • Mild

The gentle end of the scale. Start here if you’re not sure.

  • Hot

The middle of the scale, with a proper kick.

  • Hell

The top of the menu’s scale. It’s called Hell for a reason.

On the house

Something extra while you wait.

It’s the thing reviewers mention after the food: 30 reviews talk about a complimentary drink, 19 about spring rolls on the house.

On their first visit, H B-T and a friend were helped to build their box, then brought Manchow soup and fried noodles while it cooked: “piping and hot and so delicious.” Ahmad Khateeb mentions complimentary dishes when his group came in to break their fast.

“These portions are big!! And there is lots of chicken. No skimping at all.”
